Research Gateway provides qualitative and quantitative data collection services. The firm has experienced teams, electronic equipment and is improving its collection approaches by integrating lessons learned into the collection processes. The firm has a database of 860 trained field agents across the 26 provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo, including interviewers, translators, qualitative data transcribers, supervisors and qualitative and quantitative data analysts. Research Gateway uses Android tablets with ODK, Survey CTO and Kobo toolbox applications for data collection.
